My process is broken down into 3 phases. Phase one consists of targeting your perfect client and establishing your brand attributes. In the second phase, you will pinpoint your positioning and determine your brand messaging. When we get to the third phase, you can describe your customer journey and prioritize your business goals more clearly. My process will guide you through building a strategic foundation for your business. After, you'll better understand what your brand is, who your customers are, and why they buy from you.

Identify your perfect client

Customer personas enable you and your team to leave personal beliefs and biases at the door while developing your brand. These exercises are essential to viewing the world from the perspective of your customer, not yourself.

Establish your brand attributes

Get a better understanding of what your brand is. Describe and visualize your ideal customer. Address their problems and pain points. Express the tangible impact your company has  on the world and what separates you from the rest of the competition.

Pin down your positioning
